Aircraft History
Shipped to and assembled at the 4th Air Depot at Garbutt, Townsville. It was then delivered to the 312th Bombardment Group, 386th BS via Cairns, Horn Island, 7-Mile Drome to Nadzab Airfield.

Mission History
On May 1, 1944, this A-20 was written off after a landing accident at Gusap Airfield, piloted by Col Strauss.

Wreckage
After July 4, 1943, the tail fin from this aircraft was used to repair A-20G 43-21627 that had been damaged.
