B-24J "Bugs Bunny" 42-73222 Pose Near Another B-24 "Ricochet"
Ruth Garmong adds:
"(Top Row, Left) The pilot's was Carpent and the co-pilot (next to him) was McCandless. The navigator
(3rd from left) was Kaufman. The engineer was McCarty (bottom left).
The next man was Moyer, but his position is unsure. My husband, Bill
Fetterman, was the radio operater (third from left). The tailgunners
were Busby and Carter (fourth and fifth). I was told that Kaufman was
not on this mission. He was ill and another took his place."
