Ditched into Truk Lagoon north-east of Eten.
Wreckage
This deep water wreck
was discovered in 1998, in pristine condition, on a sandy white
bottom, and misidentified as a Kate. Bullet holes exist
in the fuselage. The 7.7mm machine gun
is at the rear gunner position.
