Aircraft History
Built by Nakajima. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF). Assigned to the 33rd Sentai. This aircraft had a green mottled camouflage scheme with a Hinomaru with a white border plus a vertical white stripe to the rear. On the tail was the unit motif.

Wartime History
Sometime prior to late January 1945 this Oscar force landed wheels up at Nasugbu Airfield near Nasugbu on Luzon in the Philippines.

Wreckage
On January 31, 1945 captured by U.S. Army 11th Airborne Division. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
