Aircraft History Built by Gloster Aircraft Company and delivered to the Royal Air Force (RAF) as WA880 in 1950. During 1965, issued to 1574 (TT) Flight and operated in Singapore. On November 4, 1969 struck off charge. Recovery to Australia Around 1982, Meteor was moved to Sentosa Island. During 1989 acquired by the Queensland Air Museum and shipped to Australia. Display This Meteor is displayed at the Queensland Air Museum (QAM).
