Aircraft History
Constructor's Number 6209 and Bureau Number 49393. Assembled at Oahu, then shipped to Whenuapai, New Zeland and assigned to Unit 19 on February 29, 1944. Next assigned to 2 Squadron at Guadalcanal in late 1944, and later transfered to 8 Squadron in January 1945. Finally, assigned to 4 Squadron.

Mission History
Crashed during bad weather into a hillside on Mailaita Island, and exploded.
