Island. Possibly SBD 11002 or SBD 35976.
Wreckage
Photographed by Phil Bradley in 1997, a tail hook, wing dive flaps
and Sperry gyroscope were observed.
Justin Taylan adds:
"I searched for this wreckage in 2003 and 2005 and was unable to find it. I
am sure it is still there, but its a portion of the island where there
is no GPS signal to get a firm waypoint."
