Located at Sorido village, parallel to the southern coast of Biak Island and the Japen Straight, less than 100 yards from the
beach.

Built by the Japanese, the furthest west of the three airfields on the island.

During late May 1944, liberated by the US Army. Repaired and expanded for American flight operations.
