    Sorido Airfield (Sorido Drome) Papua Province (Provinsi Papua) Indonesia

Sorido Airfield is located at Sorido village, parallel to the southern coast of Biak Island bordering the Japen Straight, less than 100 yards from the beach. To the east are Boroke Airfield and Mokmer Airfield.

Built by the Japanese, the furthest west of the three airfields on the island.

Wartime History
During late May 1944, liberated by the US Army. Repaired and expanded for American flight operations.

The former airfield is a housing area.
