    Porac Airfield Pampanga Philippines

Location
Located to the south-west of Porac to the east of the Porac River.

Construction
Single runway built prior to the war. A taxiway ran parallel to the runway, with dispersal area near the northern end of the strip.

Wartime Usage
Used by the Japanese during their occupation, and late in the war after liberation in early 1945 by American forces.

201st Mexican Expeditionary Air Force (P-47)

Tony Feredo adds:
"The 41st Fighter Squadron of the 35th FG was in Porac for a short period before moving to Mangaldan Airfield and Lingayen. A number of their P-47s were transferred to the 201st Mexican Expeditionary AF which was based at Porac. Aircraft no. 74 was either in service with the 41st FS or was in the process of being transferred to the MEF."
