Location
Uttar Pradesh State is located in northeast India. Borders Uttarakhand and Nepal to the north, Rajasthan to the west, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi to the northwest, Bihar State to the east, Madhya Pradesh to the south and Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh to the southeast.
