Ermita District of Manila
In the foreground are the remains of Ermita District, Manila destroyed largely by the Japanese when Allied forces stated to move in. Building still standing reading from left to right: the Admiral's, Lopez Apartments, Miramor Apartments, Mabini Apartments, Bay View Hotel and a few residential homes. In the background is Manila Harobr with aproximately 20 sunken ships. Photo February 1945
