Location
Lat 6° 42' 0S Long 147° 1' 60E  Located two miles due east of Lae. Further to the east is the Busu River. Prewar, Malahang Plantation and Malahang Mission were established here, also several roads and trails.

Wartime History
On March 8, 1942 occupied by the Japanese when they landed at Malahang.
