Location
Lat 9° 19' 8S Long 159° 48' 9E  Domo Cove is located the north coast of Guadalcanal. Also spelled "Domma Cove" or "Ndomo Cove" in the Guadalcanal language. Borders Domo (Domma, Ndomo) the south and Iron Bottom Sound to the north. To the northwest is Cape Esperance. To the southeast is Bunani Point. Prewar and during the Pacific War part of the British Solomon Islands Protectorate (BSIP). Today located in Guadalcanal Province in the Solomon Islands.

Wartime History
During August 1942, occupied by the Japanese Army and used as a supply and logistical area during the Guadalcanal campaign. On February 8, 1943 occupied by the U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division "Tropic Lightning", 161st Infantry Regiment.
