E7K Type 94 (Alf)
Entered production
in 1934, this rugged by obsolete reconnaissance seaplane used
in China and throughout the Pacific until 1943, until it was replaced
by the E13A1 Jake. Built with a variety of both radial and inline engines, these
planes operated from ships, shore bases and were used for antisubmarine,
convoy escort too.
