 Betikama School is located to the east of Honiara, at the Betikama School
there is a small museum with relics and aircraft on display. Collected
decades
ago, the
museum
has not has much upkeep in recent years, but still gets a steady
stream of visitors.
Outside Display Area
 Area outside the museum with several aircraft wrecks, aircraft engines, guns and vehicles on display.
37mm Anti-Tank Gun Type 94 (1936)
Located in the outside display area.
75mm Mountain Gun Type 41 (1908)
Located in the outside display area, missing the carriage and shield. A shell is stuck inside the barrel.
Bren Gun Carrier
Located in the outside display area, with several engines and gun barrels.

Displayed in the outside display area, missing the wheels and shield.
 Pavilion Interior Display Area
Located behind the museum area, this is a circular building with indoor display area. During the ethnic tensions on Guadalcanal, many of the machine guns and weapons on display were stolen or removed.
Weapons, munitions and relics
Inside, there are collections of various munitions of different shell sizes displayed, also several machine guns, helmets, mess tins and other personal effects from American servicemen. A Japanese 'Knee Mortar' and gun carriage also are present.
