Wartime History
Sunk by PBY glide bombing attack on December 19, 1943 that left it burning and sinking on Kwajalein Southern Atoll.

Discovery
Located in 1965, it is upside down on a 140' bottom.

Wreckage
Loaded with many munitions, the surrounding seabed is littered with mines and torpedoes, aircraft bombs and artillery shells. A small car is upright on the sea bed with mines fallen around it. An aircraft fuselage is nearby forward hold has 50 gallon drums stern has a great deal of damage.
