Lat 13° 45' 39S Long 143° 6' 49E  Coen Airfield is located at Coen (Moomba) in the center of the Cape Your Peninsula Queensland, Australia. Located to the south of Iron Range Airfield. Also known as Coen Field.

Wartime History
Used by the U. S. Army Air Force during 1942.

Still in use today as Coen Airport and classified as a small airport. Airport codes: ICAO: YCOE, IATA: CUQ. The single runway is oriented 29/11 and measures 4,107' x 75' surfaced with asphalt at an elevation of 532'.
