Sungei Patani Airfield was located at Sungei Patani on the western coast of the Malay Peninsula in Kedah State in Malaysia.

Built prewar, this airfield had two runways: Sungei Patani I and Sungei Patani II.

Allied units based at Sungei Patani
RAAF 21 Squadron (12 x Buffalos) were based here at the start of the Pacific war. Took heavy losses on December 8, 1941 and withdrew to Butterworth and Ipoh.
