Lat 37° 1' 47S Long 174° 58' 24E  Ardmore Airfield is located to the south of Auckland. Also known as RNZAF Station Ardmore.

Wartime History
During World War II, used by the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF).

Still in use today as Ardmore Airport with three runways. The first is oriented 21L/03R measures 4,630' x 148' surfaced with asphalt. The second is oriented 21R/03L measures 1,700' x 59' surfaced with grass. The third is oriented 25/07 measures 1,960' x 59' surfaced with grass. Airport codes: ICAO: NZAR IATA: AMZ.
