    Tengah Airfield  Singapore

Tengah Airfield is located in the western interior of Singapore Island. To the north is Sungei Buloh Airfield.

Built prewar as a military airfield with three intersecting runways.

Wartime History
Used by the Royal Air Force (RAF). After the Japanese occupation, used by the Japanese for the duration of the Pacific War until the official surrender of Japan in September 1945.

During the Malaysia Crisis, used the RAF 84 Squadron operating Bristol Brigands to provide air support against Communist Insurgency in Malaysia.
