Built during late 1943, the U. S. built a single runway measured 3,000' x 300' oriented northeast to southwest. This Crash Strip was parallel to the runways of Carney Field (Bomber 2) to the northeast Koli Field (Bomber 3) to the southwest.

Wartime History

Disused since the war. Today, the former runway is overgrown with kunai grass.
