Aaron Millican recalls:
"A friend of mine found this ID plate while working in Vanuatu on a construction site clearing on Efate. They found a B-17E covered in moss and vines with no wings. He took the id plate off. Then someone buried it. My friend then gave me the plate to try and find the history of the wreck."
