*December 1942-at Japanese air base at Lae a "Zero" taking off from a runway crashed into sea after bomb blasts into the sea from a P-38 caused water to "damage" the "Zero" {alleged}
*11 Oct 1943 "Zeros" over Wewak-9 reportably shot down/1 damaged? after fight with 4 planes of 348th F.G.
*1 Nov 1944 "Vals" escorted by "Oscars". One "Val" shot down by 2Lt C. Gupon of the 9th F.S. north of Tacloban in Leyte.
*1 Nov 1944 "Zero" shot down by Exe. B. Dehaven of 7th F.S/ 49th F.G.

*15 December 1944 a "Francis" {seriel Number ???29}from Luzon photographed with smoke from a engine passing over USS Omman Bay {CVE-79} {damaged or destroyed?}

I regards to your Missouri claim...

On the AWM collections database there is a famous photo of a Zero just before impacting the hull of a ship. The photo's caption lists the following:

ID Number: 306769

Physical description: Black & white

Summary: Okinawa, Japan. c. 1945-04. A kamikaze (suicide) pilot of a Japanese zero aircraft plunges his plane suicidially at the deck of USS Missouri. The plane ricocheted away, causing only minor damage, but the pilot was catapulted from the cockpit, and his body demolished part of a gun mount. (Naval Historical Collection) (Formerly Y013/17/09)

Raymond Lamont-Brown's Kamikaze also lists the following:

On 11 April the battleship Missouri (BB-63) was crashed by a kamikaze whose mutilated remains and those of the aircraft were scattered over the after section of the ship. All fires were brought under control in three minutes.
