HMAS Sydney & David Mearns book launch

My father and I attended a local book signing and lunch with David Mearns. He and his team successfully found the wrecks of the HMAS Sydney and the German raider Kormoran off the coast of Western Australia in 2008.

A very poignant moment was when an elderley woman who had a relative lost on the HMAS Sydney showed us a period print (obviously well loved and valued)
