Thanks for that site address. What a fabulous set of images. I gave my top vote to the dark beach scene of Marines unloading supplies by photographer P Queenan. That is an award winning shot. But what an awful and unhappy slice of terrain, gained at a terrible price.
From the aviators perspective tho..picturewise ...Mustang heaven.!
