http://www.wereth.org and its author host told me about the massacre in Wereth Belgium of the 11 soldiers from the 333 Field Artillery - Battle of the Bulge. Can anyone tell me if the soldiers had any identification on them when their bodies were found?

Hi there,
As this board is dedicated to the Pacific theatre, I don't know how much help we can be.
Based on the ABMC, the following members of the Wereth 11 are buried in the Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Belgium:
Pvt Nathaniel Moss, 38040062
PFC Due W Turner, 38383369
TEC4 James A Stewart, 35744547
Pvt Curtis Adams, 34511454
PFC George Davis, 34553436
S/Sgt Thomas J Forte, 34046992
PFC George W Moten, 38304695
The following four are not listed on the ABMC Database:
Mager Bradley
Robert Green
William M Pritchett
Jim Leatherwood
Unfortunately I cannot say whether they were recovered with ID or not. Hopefully someone here might be able to assist further.
Thanks!

Thanks...I appreciate you letting me know. I have seen the information at their website, but cannot seem to get their identification straight, even thought the site states some of the remins did still have it on them.
Sincerely,
Ginger
