Dear all,
I am looking for any veterans of the US Army ATIU (Air Technical Intelligence Unit) from any point in the war.
In particular, i am looking for anyone who was at Eagle Farm, or involved with surveying crashed Japanese aircraft.
Or, any veteran published books on this topic. The only book I am aware of is: http://www.pacificwrecks.com/reviews/be ... lines.html
One person in particular is:
2nd Lt. Samuel H. Tolbert, Air Corps, Technical Intelligence Office, 13th Air Force, assigned to the office of the Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, 14th Corps, located on Guadalcanal.
