In my Fathers ribbons he has a pilot wings, he was a Sgt and aircraft mechanic. I read some where that they had wings for enlisted personnel Is this true. Thank you for your help and time in this matter

For the Army Air Force, if your father as a non-com was on a flight crew he would most likely have had gunner's wings or possibly flight crew wings.
