Location
The Carstenz Range (Carstenz Mountain Range) in located in the center western New Guinea. PT Freeport’s Grasberg mine, the biggest gold deposit and the third-largest copper deposit in the world is located in this range. Today, located in Puncak Jaya Regency in Papua Province (Irian Jaya) in Indonesia.
