Location
Tumon Bay borders the e western coast of Guam Island in the Mariana Island Group (Mariana Islands). To the southwest is Agana Bay.
Wartime History
Tumon Bay was the site of the 3rd Marine Division's landing which
immediately came under fire from the Japanese defenses dug in on the high ground overlooking the beaches.
