Sek Harbor includes Sek Island, Admosin Island and Megas Island bordering Alexishafen on the north coast of New Guinea. The average depth of the habor is 30 fathoms / 180' / 54.8m at the deepest point with a depth and 14 fathoms / 84' / 25.6m to the north of Alexishafen. Prewar and during the Pacific War located in the Territory of New Guinea. Today located in Madang Province in Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Wartime History
During 1943, used by the Japanese during the war to supply the Aleixshafen area. After the Australian Army occupied the area on April 26, 1944, the harbor was used by Allied boats, with shore facilities on the peninsula of Alexishafen Catholic Mission. The anchorage off Alexishafen was suitable for vessels of 6,000 Tons.
