This book is second half of the history of the 43rd Bombardment Group (43rd BG) nicknamed "Ken's Men" service in World War II in the Pacific. This book is written and researched by Lawrence J. Hickey with co-authors including Steve Birdsall, Madison Jonas, Edward Rogers and Osamu Tagaya.
The book features hundreds of World War II photographs, maps and original artwork by aviation artist Jack Fellows.
The last pages of the books are a preview of Volume II, covering the remainder of the unit's WWII service from November 1943 until the end of the war will be published as a separate volume.
