Boram
This former Japanese airfield is still in use today, servicing Air Nugini as Wewak's airport. This view is from a distance, and the peninsula of Cape Moem can be seen to the upper left of the photograph.

Ki 49 Helen
This bomber crashed when intercepted in the landing pattern for Boram. Locals described an interesting but tragic story about the wreck.

Mistaken Propeller Identity
This propeller was described to be from a Ki 43 Oscar. A closer inspection and research proves that it was not a WWII relic at all!
