Today
Still in use today as Allahabad Airport as both a public and military airfield used by the Indian Air Force (IAF). The airport has two runways. The first is oriented 24/06 4,800' x 150' surfaced with concrete. The second is oriented 30/12 measures 8m110' x 150' surfaced with asphalt. Airport codes: ICAO: VIAL IATA: IXD.
