Built by Mitsubishi, estimated date of assembly September 1943. This Zero was part of the early production of Model 52s, and retained the exhaust and cowling arrangement of the A6M3, not ejector-type exhausts.

The manufactre number 4007 was found on both on the data plate and on painted on the cowl interior.

Under restoration by individual in Japan.
