Aircraft History Built by Douglas. Constructor Number 2672. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Corps (USAAC) as B-18 Bolo serial number 39-025. On June 20, 1941 became part of the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF). On November 3, 1944 assigned at McKellar Field at Jackson, Tennessee. Postwar Registered as NC62477. Operated from Cuba in 1958 and used by Cuba's Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR). Returned to the United States in December 1960. Display This B-18 was acquired by Wings Over The Rockies Museum at the former Lowry Air Force Base (Lowry AFB) in Denver, Colorado and externally restored. At one time, this aircraft was also displayed at Cannon Air Force Base Museum. Today, displayed indoors at Wings Over The Rockies Museum in an airfield diorama display, painted in the markings of B-18 Bolo 39-522.
