Built by Consolidated in San Diego. Delivered to the US Army during July 1942. Ferried overseas via Hawaii to Australia.

Wartime History
Assigned to the 5th Air Force, 90th Bombardment Group, 321th Bombardment Squadron. Nicknamed "Patches".

During April 1945, this B-24 was salvaged and likely scrapped sometime afterwards.
