On September 25, 1942 delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as B-24D-13-CO Liberator serial number 41-23971.On September 30, 1942 flown to St. Paul, MN. On October 2, 1942 flown to Lowry Field. On October 14, 1942 returned to Consolidated in San Diego. Ultimate fate unknown likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
