Into Darkness photo page: "The left wing showed serious impact damage. The wing butts were scorched, which indicated that they had been destroyed on impact by the explosion or the resulting fire. Parts of the wing and aileron assemblies were missing; they were either destroyed on impact or removed from the scene by the natives."
