The nickname "Heaven Can Wait" is block letters with a shadow. The nose art of a cartoon style women in a cocktail dress with angel wings and a halo. Above is a row of 31+ bomb markings indicating bombing missions flown. A person is standing atop the cockpit. The nose wheel hub had "Keg" with a squiggle below it.
