The nickname "Uncle Sam" (with double quotes) with the nose art of the head of the Uncle Sam with a white goatee and white hair and bow tie wearing a striped top hat. The scoreboard includes bomb markings indicating 85 missions (top row with 50 bomb marks, middle row with 25 bomb marks and lower row with 10 bomb marks). The four purple hearts indicated injured crew members aboard the bobmer.
