Aircraft History
Built by Aichi. True serial number 190. This aircraft was the 190th of 200 aircraft built under contract for Nakajima. Estimated assembly was during August 1943. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN).

Mission History
On November 11, 1943 took off on a mission against American forces at at Torokina on Bougainville. This aircraft crashed at Torokina Point.

After the crash, this aircraft was investigated by American intelligence and noted the aircraft as a Kate Model 12 built by Aichi with manufacture number 3190 and (incorrectly) estimated the assembly date as September 1943.
