Likely, this photo was taken on either

before the final flight to
Jacquinot Bay Airfield
to surrender the aircraft. Japanese Navy personnel are pushing the aircraft into position. The left wing shows heavy wear on the inner wing root and the left flap appears to be unpainted fabric or recently resurfaced.
