Built by Douglas Aircraft Company. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as C-47 Skytrain serial number unknown. Ferried overseas via Hickam Field then across the Pacific to the South West Pacific Area (SWPA).
Wartime History
This C-47 was abandoned at Angaur Airfield.
Wreckage
The wreckage of the nose and fuselage remains in the boneyard area Angaur Airfield.
