Unexploded 65kg bomb dropped near DC-3 PK-AFV at Cabot Bay
Stan Gajda adds: "The 65kg Japanese bomb that was found by me near the original crash site of the Diamond DC3. Only the part above the water was showing and the bomb is shown after excavation. It was fuzed and the tail fins had rusted right off. It was towed ashore by rope and a Toyota Hi-Lux 4WD. The Navy came up later and blew the bomb up."
