Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane / E13A1 Reisen Shiki Sui Tei (Jake) manufacture number 4016. Wreckage Assigned to ? Kōkūtai (Air Group). This Jake was studied by Allied intelligence and the manufacture number noted. Ultimate fate unknown likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
