Aircraft History Built by Aichi at Watanabe Iron Works. True assembly date November 8, 1943. True serial number 442. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane / E13A1 Reisen Shiki Sui Tei (Jake) manufacture number 8442 Wreckage Assigned to an unknown Kōkūtai (Air Group). This Jake was abandoned and studied by Allied intelligence and the manufacture number noted.
