Ensign Kenneth A. Flinn in uniform
On October 13, 1944 pilot F6F-3 Hellcat 41715 ditched near shore into shallow water and was captured by the Japanese Army and became a Prisoner Of War (POW). Afterwards detained at Ofuna Camp and died in captivity on July 23, 1945.
