" 'Alone I did it'. Bob Gurney pilot of VH-UOW looking up at 7,500 lb stator for Baiune power house which he has just landed with only ten minutes spare petrol. Probably the heavist and most awkward single piece load yet carried by aeroplane. Center of load was about 3' 6" above wings and all were very nervous."
