Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at Nagoya No. 3 Works during March 1943. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). Assigned to the 702 Kokutai, 2nd Hiko Buntai. Tail code U2-3??. This bomber possibly had AVS radar installed. The aircraft had the tail fin from G4M1 4678 attached to it, likely as a repair.

Wartime History
This bomber was abandoned on at Ballale Airfield.

Wreckage
This bomber remains in situ on Ballale Island.
